It is an existing workshop with concrete columns while without brackets and runway beams for crane, most old warehouse or workshop are not equipped with necessary brackets when they were constructed, which will lead to complicated work when they want to install cranes on. After studying the general layout, DQCRANE found that there is limit height of workshop and if we want to achieve the effective lifting height that client required, we need to equip the low headroom electric hoist on the overhead crane, regardless of the site distributions, DQCRAEN finally confirm the lifting height with the low headroom electric hoist, the technical design is as below:

It is the design with box girder and low headroom electric wire rope hoist, this overhead crane design is now most popular among clients, because from the cost, it is lower than European type overhead crane, but the girder is European girder, which is more stable and less noise comparing with I beam girder.

Low headroom electric hoist can make full use of workshop space, which can perfectly mounted on the box girder.
