On 4th July, Sri Lanka customers visited Dongqi factory and winch production workshop. Our Sri Lanka customers wanted to buy 10 sets winches for their factory.
Sri Lanka customers visited our website and told Cathy that they need 10 sets Electric Winch and winch spare parts, then Cathy quoted for them as soon as possible. After our customers saw our quotation, they decided to visit our factory.
On Tuesday,Our sales manager Oscar, sales Cathy and engineers accompanied Sri Lanka customers on a visit of Dongqi factory and winch workshop, and our engineer explained and answered many technical questions for our customer.
During the visit, our customers wanted to see the winch that they need, but our factory sold the same type winch a few days ago, therefore, our engineers found out the design drawing, winch production and packaging pictures so that our customer learn more about it. In addition, we can win our customers’ trust for showing our case process.
